GEMOS CZ spol, s r.o., based in Čelákovice, Czech Republic, was established in 1996.

The company was initially profiled as a purely trading. At the turn of 2000/2001 is gradually changing the focus of the company. The main activity is becoming a supply of maintenance management and information systems, thus creating a division VPT. Gradually the division VPT focuses on the development of software and hardware, ensuring service contractors and building large-scale communication, control and information systems. Over time and after obtaining ISO certification ISO 9001, 27001 and 20000-1 is gradually VPT division focused on development and production of traffic control systems.
